Refund Policy

Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aquelity", "we", "us", "our")
This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and services offered by Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aquelity", "we", "us", "our"). Individual products may present supplemental refund terms at the point of purchase; those terms take precedence over this policy where they are more specific.
Our default commitment: we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of first payment for any paid Aquelity product, no questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription payment
- The request is your first refund for that product
- Your account is in good standing and not found to have violated our Terms of Service
After the 14-day window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, particularly in cases of documented technical failure on our part.
2. Renewal Charges
For subscription products, renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed. To avoid unwanted renewals, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are available within each product. If you were charged due to a failure in our cancellation system, contact us and we will make it right.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge, unless due to a documented error on our part
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use policy
- Requests for partial-period refunds on active subscription cycles (except where required by law)
- Charges arising from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to notify us promptly
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at legal@aquelity.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The product name and approximate date of purchase
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
