Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aquelity", "we", "us", "our")
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, services, and websites operated by Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aquelity", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to aquelity.com and danbohu.com. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Individual Aquelity products may present supplemental terms at the time of use. Those supplemental terms form part of your agreement with us and take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
1. Who We Are
Aquelity is a software studio building lightweight AI and internet productivity tools for users worldwide. We are incorporated in Shanghai, China under the legal name Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aquelity", "we", "us"), and present our products globally under the brand name Aquelity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By using any Aquelity product, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Our Services
Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aquelity", "we", "us") develops and operates a portfolio of software products including browser extensions, web applications, and mobile applications. Each product is subject to its own supplemental terms presented at the point of use. These company-level Terms establish the baseline relationship between you and Aquelity across all products.
4. User Accounts
Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use any Aquelity service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any party
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or disruptive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Use automated means to access our services without our express permission
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our services
6. Intellectual Property
All Aquelity products, brands, designs, code, and content are owned by Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aquelity", "we", "us") and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Aquelity intellectual property. Content you create or upload using our services remains yours; you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain Aquelity products are offered on a paid or subscription basis. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies are specified within each individual product's supplemental terms. All payment obligations are governed by those supplemental terms. Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers on our behalf.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aquelity", "we", "us") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Shanghai, China.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our products. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
